Spring feeling

Spoons by Marie Eklund, ceramics by Karin Eriksson, Monkey poster by Walnut & Walrus.

It’s a beautiful sunny and warm spring day in Stockholm today. I treasure hearing the gravel under my feet on the dry pavement, not having to worry that I’ll slide and trip on the ice that is usually there during winters here in Sweden.

Papier macher birds by Sara Hjelmstedt, Paper cutting by Ida Björs.

It’s spring in the shop too, with new window displays and a brand new clothes line for manos – welcome Nygårdsanna!

I’ll have to tell you more about the amazing spoons that you can see in the photo at the top, but that’ll have to wait until another day – and not a month, I promise ;)

‘Björk’ – soon in the webshop too!

The spring sun is lavishing its goodness over Stockholm, manos’ shop windows have been cleaned and I’ve got some wonderful new stock in!

Photographer Jenny Hallengren delivered ‘Björk’ the other day. It’s a gem with beautiful images of the material, its uses and those who work in it. Just look:

And today the latest issue of 3191Q arrived – I’m one happy gal!
